Sadly over half of all marriages in the UK now end in divorce.

Whatever the reasons for the breakdown of a marriage divorce is stressful and usually involves several major changes in the life of both parties.

Our aim is always to try and conclude a divorce as swiftly and amicably as possible. Parliament has now introduced a no-fault divorce process which has helped take some of the conflict out of the process and enables both parties to proceed without blame for the breakdown of the marriage.  

The process has now been simplified and as a result we have been able to significantly reduce the cost of our standard fixed fee divorce which is now
£399 + VAT plus the standard court fee.
