New no fault divorce process - NEW PRICE

In April 2022 parliament finally introduced the new no fault divorce process. This removed the need to establish any kind of blame or to undertake a period of either two- or five-years separation before commencing a divorce.

The new process is largely online although for those who do not use computers or do not wish to follow an online process it is still possible to proceed on paper. Like all new systems it takes a while to bed in and there are still glitches but overall, the new process is working well.
